Bay Area Theatre Week 2026 Event Submission Form

Thank you for participating in Bay Area Theatre Week 2026!

Please use this form to submit your production or special event information to be included on the BATW calendar and in festival promotions. Please submit your show by June 20, 2026 to be included in the initial BATW calendar launch.

For each company participating in BATW, Theatre Bay Area will:

Provide you with branded images and copy to promote Bay Area Theatre Week to your audiences.
Promote your show or event on the BATW calendar, on social media, on newsletters, in press releases, and through other BATW promotions.
Create a custom stamp for you to use with audiences who have Bay Area Theatre Week passports.

Every company participating in BATW 2026 will:

Offer a discounted or free theatre event during the festival period. (September 10-20, 2026)
Participate in the collective marketing and promotion of Bay Area Theatre Week.
Participate in audience engagement programming for the duration of Bay Area Theatre Week.
Collect audience attendance data during the festival and share that data with TBA at the end of the event.
