The iMPACt Center for Art & Dance has a 4,000 sq. ft. performance space and studio with high quality sprung marley floor and complete lighting grid for performances.

Grand piano is available upon request.

Soundboard/mixer audio system available.

Natural light or house lights available for regular rehearsal usage.

Green Studio

800 square feet studio with mirrors and sprung marley floor

The Green Studio is a sun-filled 800 sq. ft. studio with marley floors and mirrors. Great for your smaller rehearsals or private lessons.

PERFORMANCE & PUBLIC EVENT RENTALS

  • Theatrical Repertory Plot of LED lights with multiple open rigging points
  • Column-free, flexible stage area with sprung, marley laid floor
  • Seating
    • Multiple configurations are available with seating up to 140.
    • Dinner theater style seating is also available with round tables and cocktail tables.
  • Green Room with costume and prop storage

STAFFING RATES
iMPACt Technician (required for all tech rehearsals and performances): $40/hr
iMPACt House Manager (required for all performances and showings): $40/hr
iMPACt Box Office Manager (required for all ticketed events): $35/hr

TICKETING RATES (ticketed events are required to use our ticketing system)
Ticketing page setup and reconciliation: Flat rate of $110

INCLUDED

  • Personalized production support (including 1-2 production meetings) from the iMPACt Venue Manager and Technical Director
  • Box office and ticketing set-up and website hosting (required for all ticketed rentals)
  • Performance staffed by trained Front of House and Technicians (required)
  • Inclusion on the iMPACt Center for Art & Dance website calendar and one social media promotion post
  • Audio/Visual: PA system, 3.5mm plug input, 8 channel audio console
  • Amenities: Wheelchair accessible lobby and theater
  • Restrooms
  • Wifi
NOT INCLUDED
  • Lighting design/lighting designer (renter is required to provide their own LD for any changes/additions to the repertory plot)
  • Email blast – additional $150 fee
  • Additional marketing support or promotion
  • Liability Insurance (required) – all public events are required to have liability insurance. Proof of coverage is due 30 days before the event
