Description

These Shining Lives tells the true story of the “Radium Girls”, the hardworking women of the Radium Dial Company in the 1920’s and 30’s. These young women painted watch dials with luminous, radium based paints.  Far from depressing, this historical drama focuses instead on their resilience, friendship, and their successful fight for dignity and recognition of the dangers they incurred.
